Our Story.

As part of one of the largest IFA consultancies in the UK, we started to realise that bigger wasn’t necessarily better. We wanted to create a small, nimble and expert team who could focus on delivering financial services in a fresh, innovative way.

Our Managing Partner, David Pugh, did just that when he set up Lemonade Reward in 2013. The Partners have worked together for over 19 years and have always specialised in workplace pensions and employee benefits.

We have a wealth of financial knowledge at the heart of our business. We blend our expertise, creativity and technology to provide market-leading solutions in pensions and employee benefits. We aim to simplify the world of finance and develop solutions tailored to clients’ needs.

David has over 20 years’ experience working with some of the UK’s leading employers and directors.

He set up Lemonade Reward to specialise in delivering financial education to a multi-generational workforce.

David’s role is to manage key relationships and develop new strategies.

Richard has over 20 years in the industry, As a qualified adviser, he helps clients understand all their options when planning for retirement.

He also leads our IT department, ensuring we are secure and making the best use of technology to get the right message to your employees.
